Just under the wire here in getting a card posted tonight... It's been a crazy 7 days, but I do believe that all of my commitments have ended, so I'm looking forward to a slightly more sane pace in the weeks ahead :o) Scroll down to see a few pictures of one of the events that added to my crazy schedule this week. Now for my card... I used this week's
Deconstructed Sketch, and one of my Art Impressions favourites, "Ugly Sweater":
and here's the fun inside sentiment:
Patterned papers are Very Merry Christmas, Echo Park; Cardstock is Kraft, Ruby & White Daisy, CTMH; Stamp set is Ugly Sweater, Art Impressions; Ink is Tuxedo Black, Memento; Copic Markers; Hemp, CTMH.
And here is what my daughter and I did with my brother-in-law yesterday. It's called the Edgewalk on the CN Tower in Toronto. We were 116 stories above the ground, on a platform that is 1.5m wide. Even though we were securely harnessed in, I had a bit of a death grip on my rope (smile). Paige loved it. That's me in the red hat:

Love your card and that sketch...hoping I have some time to play along! My mom and I can't believe you did the Edgewalk - so cool and what a stunning backdrop!
Karen are you kidding, you did that??? Both of my kids want to do it and they are old enough that they can on their own. I am terrified of heights! Your card is fabulous, thanks for visiting me today!
You are one courageous lady! I could NEVER do that! I have new-found respect for you :) Love your card-it reminds me of the Ugly Sweater Run that was held in Downsview last week. It was hilarious to see crowds of ugly-sweater-wearing people all in one place :0)
