Till You Wobble!

The Art Impressions Design Team is helping to launch the new Ai Mini Shaker sets that come with a Mini Action Wobble!  If you're familiar with Action Wobbles, you're going to love the adorable mini ones - and wait till you see all the great Mini Shakers that are designed especially for them!  Here is Santa Mini Shaker (Sku #4798):

Glitter & Shimmer Challenge

The Art Impressions Design Team are all sharing projects today for the current challenge on the Ai blog: "Glitter & Shimmer Challenge"!  I am bling-challenged at the best of times!  But I can definitely add a little sparkle now and then.  Today I am sharing three cards made with one of the Shake Your Booty sets called Dancer Set (Sku #4308):

 These were fun to put together.  I coloured them all up with different skin tones/hair colour, then paper pieced their outfits.  The circles & sentiments are popped up on pop dots, and a few adhesive sparkles were added.  Here are some close ups:

 The "Glamorous" sentiment is from the Pamper Yourself clear stamp set that is available at Hobby Lobby stores.

 One thing that I almost NEVER do, is to have a plain white card base?!  And this is the second one that I've done in the last few weeks.  These plaid papers just look so fresh & clean paired up with white.  And of course, I need to show you the inside - where her tush has been paper pieced, cut out and put onto an Action Wobble so that her booty shakes.

Honey Buns Shaker

 Easter is just around the corner, so you'll want to check out the latest holiday release from Art Impressions.  Today I have one of two new shaker sets that are available - here is Honey Buns Set (Sku #4755):

 I did one with Easter papers and this one was just with some pretty spring-like papers, to show that it's really not just for Easter - I think this would make a great birthday card.

Each set comes with the main bunny image, his little tush, the oval die that cuts out his tush, and the sentiment.  Plus, you get one Action Wobble to get you started.  You can purchase more wobbles on the Ai website here.

Birthday Fairy Shaker

This is my second post for today - scroll down to see my One Crazy Stamper challenge card! 
I have a shaker card to share today... this is Birthday Fairy Set (Sku #4730) from the latest release on the Art Impressions website!

 This set comes with the fairy image, and a separate stamp of just her skirt, which I've cut out using the matching die (also included in the set!) and popped up with an Action Wobble.  Also in the set are the sentiment stamp, and a wand & it's die - which I decided not to use on my card.  I actually intended to cut off the edge of the large circle where it spills over the edge of the card, but I kind of liked the look of it just the way it is.  Here you can see her skirt that wobbles:

Jingle Shaker

 December is humming right along, isn't it??  There is still plenty of time to get those cards made... and I am sharing one made with the cute Jingle Set (Sku #4681) - one of the holiday Shakers from Art Impressions:

I have several families that I send cards to that have small children - and I think the Ai Shakers are perfect for them - the kids will love making his tush shimmy.  Each shaker set includes the full body image, just the tush image, a die to cut out the tush... and one Action Wobble to get you started.  You can find all the Ai shakers here.  Happy stamping!

Snowman Shaker

 I am really loving the five new Shaker sets that Art Impressions released this fall!  And in October, I always make a conscious effort to work on my Christmas cards, so I was able to get three of these done this weekend!  Here's what I came up with using the Bells Ring Set (Sku #4682):

 I sewed a couple of tiny jingle bells onto a small black bow, so that when my little snowman shakes his booty, the bells should jingle a little, too.
