Live Laugh Love

 I am posting on the Art Impressions blog today!  The summer is ending... so I found myself reaching for fall tones when I was choosing my papers and markers for today's card.  The outfits worn by the ladies just made me think of cooler days.  I have a square card today, featuring one of the images from the Live Laugh Love set #AiCS15 that is available at Hobby Lobby stores:

 This was fun to colour - their expressions just make you want to smile :o)

 I used two of the five sentiments in the set on today's card, here's the fun one that I put on the inside:

Heart2Heart Sketch & Color Throwdown #180 Challenges

I love a good sketch challenge!  So when the Heart2Heart Challenge blog had a lovely sketch this week, I definitely wanted to play.  I've combined it with The Color Throwdown challenge whose colours for this week worked perfectly with CTMH's Dreamin' papers.  Instead of the side panel, I stamped a row of Damask Tiles in a 'soft' black (I was aiming for more of a dark grey...).  The card is 5 3/4" square:
