Reason to Smile Wreath

And here are my last 3 cards from my stencil class last Saturday at the Papercrafter's Workshop.  (I have one more that I may get finished this week...).  I really loved these warm tones, and Sheri came up with some really interesting slimline designs:

I used some Pinkfresh Studio slimline dies to cut them out, and a stitched rectangle die for the smaller one.  Great to have a few more for my card stash.

Hello

Two more of my sunny Pinkfresh Studio stencilled cards that I made at the Papercrafter's Workshop this past weekend.  Stencils are so quick and easy to use.  There is a matching stamp set that I don't own, but I mimicked the stamp by drawing in the outlines directly on one of my images using a Tombow marker.  I'm so/so on the result, but it gives another look to the stencil set.

These gingham papers from Lawn Fawn have been in my stash for a few years, and they are the perfect background.  The finished cards are 5" square.

Pinkfresh Stencil cards

I took a wonderful class at The Papercrafter's Workshop in Stouffville yesterday (virtually!), using the very pretty Reason to Smile Wreath from Pinkfresh Studio.  The card designs were lovely - I'll spread them out over a few posts.  Here are my first two:

It's a 3-step stencil, that includes a 4th stencil with a bunch of different words that you can stencil in the middle of the wreath.  I used mainly Pinkfresh inks, and bought the coordinating die which makes a huge difference.  Both images are popped up with 3D foam adhesive for a little dimension.
