I loved the title of the current challenge over on the Art Impressions blog... "Theory of Negativity"! They want to see how we use our negative die cuts... so I came up with this fun card idea. A friend of mine has just become a new Grandma, and is VERY excited to say the least - so I wanted to make her a card. This little AI stamp called "Millie" pretty much captures Marilyn's current frame of mind, so I coloured her in some girly colours with my Copics, and popped up a double negative die cut frame to show her off (the colour of her sweater isn't quite so funky in real life, just in the photo!):
Patterned papers are Woodland Park, October Afternoon; Cardstock is Slate and Colonial White, CTMH; Stamp sets are Millie by Art Impressions and You're Invited, CTMH; Ink is Tuxedo Black, Memento; Copic Markers, Sparkle, CTMH.
