I took a wee break from holiday cards to use a sketch from Sandy Allnock - using this fun tennis gal from Art Impressions. I used the colours from these bright fall Lawn Fawn plaids as my inspiration:
I used my sewing machine to stitch around my white panels, and the image & sentiment are both adhered with pop dots for a little added dimension. It was great pulling out my Copics for a change!
Here is Sandy's sketch that I used:

Birthday Love
I have a friend at work who brings me a coffee every time we work a Saturday together... and I bring her a card. She's a tennis player, so I pulled out an old Art Impressions favourite - Birthday Love and put a couple of cards together. They are both versions of what I've done with this set in the past, but worth sharing again:
I really love that this background paper shows the words "poser" and "selfie"!
Patterned papers are Molly by Bella Blvd and Dotty by CTMH; Stamp set is Birthday Love by Art Impressions. Copic markers.
