Blue Butterflies

A few weeks ago I stamped and stencilled six of these beautiful butterflies from Pinkfresh Studio.  So today I decided to get a few of them made into cards.  I used the same inks with the Horizontal Stripes stencil, added the Braided Circle dies to one, and zigzag stitched them onto some light blue textured cardstock.  The butterflies' wings are propped up, and the Perfect Sentiments are attached with 3D foam adhesive.

All supplies are Pinkfresh Studio.

Miss You

I knew I would be using this stamp set frequently, and so I am!  This is the Folk Floral Stem stamped twice and cut apart.  I just used tones of blue and green along with the matching stencil to colour up the images, then cut them out with the coordinating die.  My background uses the Horizontal Stripes stencil with 3 tones each of blue and green in gradiated stripes, and I adhered the Slim Stitched Scalloped Rectangle die cut out and inked it in blue.  A few gems and one of the Perfect Sentiments finished it off.

All supplies are Pinkfresh Studio, and I am entering this into their March Challenge which is Layers!

Pinkfresh Studio August Challenge

So happy to be playing along with the Pinkfresh Studio challenge for August!  Stripes was the theme, so I pulled out my Horizontal Stripe stencil, and did an ombre blend of 3 Distress Oxide Inks.  I stamped the Floral Notes set onto my white cardstock and used the coordinating stencil to colour up some purpley-blue blooms.  I fussy cut it out and adhered it to my base with 3D foam adhesive.

I love the Diagonal Stitched Slimline dies, they make such a nice detail on my cardstock.
I added a sentiment from Scripted Bold Sentiments to the inside:
I creating a stash of cards to keep at work when we need them for staff, so this will be perfect!

Pinkfresh Slimline

Diving back into my Pinkfresh Studio products today.  I've used the matching stencils to colour this stamp set, but this is the first time that I've stamped it and coloured with Copic markers.  It was so quick, and came together really easily.

It is also my first time using the Horizontal Stripes Slimline stencil, and I am loving the ombre effect!  I used five different Distress Oxide inks, then used a slimline die to cut it to the right size.  I fussy cut out my floral image and adhered it with 3D foam adhesive.  A few green sparkles from my stash finished it off.
