My second project with the April Betterpress Society plate, Cascading Lilies was done on patterned paper. I found several pieces of patterned paper in my stash that were 'calm' enough to support a pressed image overtop of the print. This was an old paper from Graphic 45.

Lilies on patterned paper
I wanted to keep it tone-on-tone, so used Betterpress Tawny Brown ink, and did a little ink blending over the flowers and foliage with Vintage Photo Distress Oxide ink.
I used Spellbinders Hemstitched Rectangle dies to cut out my image, then layered it over a cream pearlescent cardstock with some 3D foam adhesive. I used the same cardstock to press the sentiment, which I cut out with the coordinating die.

Glimmery Thought You Knew
I'm still making cards with the 'Thought You Knew' press plate from Spellbinders - available exclusively to Crafter's Home stores.
I started by doing an ombre watercolour with Salty Ocean and Scattered Straw Distress inks, then searched through my stash to find something to coordinate. I've had these 'Bohemian Bazaar' papers from Graphic 45 for years, so created a quick pieced background.

Sea Friends & Graphic 45
My third project with the June Betterpress Society plates, 'Sea Friends' was featuring some gorgeous patterned paper from the Graphic 45 line, 'Seas the Day'.
Since I had already pressed a bunch of the undersea images using Pinkfresh Studio inks on regular cardstock, all I had to do was pick my paper, then I diecut a Pinkfresh oval die, inked up the bottom half of it with aqua ink, and pressed one of the sentiments with Betterpress black ink.
I arranged a few of the pieces off to one side, and adhered it to the background with 3D foam adhesive.
You can get a Betterpress Society subscription from The Papercrafter's Workshop.

Vintage Vixens
This is a real oldie from Art Impressions that I had stamped off many years ago, and just pulled it out to colour this week. I've had these Graphic 45 papers in my stash for ages as well, so it was a great excuse to use up a bunch of product, and I got to make a card for a special friend.

After untying the ribbon, here is what the try-fold looks like:And here is the inside, with both side flaps open. I backed the two side pieces with some patterned paper to hide where the Copic markers bled through. The set includes all three images, plus the sentiment:
All of the images that come in the set can be used individually on regular cards, so here is one using the main image:

Window Deco Die
I am sharing a card using a Windows to the World stamp from Art Impressions called Day Spent Window (Sku #4584) paired up with the brand new Window Deco Die (Sku #4749):
The Window Deco Die set actually comes with four dies, and two stamps, and I am just using the curtain and valance stamps on my card today. I stamped them both on some patterned paper, and used some pencil crayons to add a bit of shading to the folds of the fabric. I used the Window Die (Sku #4619) to die cut the window panes so that you can peek through to the stamp on the inside of the card. The sentiment is a favourite of mine, from the Garden TF Set (Sku #4203). Here is what the inside looks like:
Copics used - B28, B24, B23, B21, G46, G43, G41, YG07, YG05, YG03, YG01, R35, R32, R30, E57, E55, E53, W5, W3, W1, W00

Mood Swing
I'm back using some of the brand new Art Impressions Vintage Vixens today - here is a card made with Mood Swing Set (Sku #4593):
I wanted it to have a bit of a Country Fair feel to it - which is why I chose these papers. I stamped the gals, and coloured them with Copic markers, then fussy cut them out, quite close to the image. I added pop dots to give the card a bit of dimension.
Happy stamping, everyone! Copic markers used:
Blues - B97, B95, B93, B91
Reds - R59, R24, R22, R20
Greens - G46, G43, G41
Browns - E57, E55, E53, E51
Greys - W7, W5, W3, W1
