Seize The Birthday #3

It's a feminine week at Seize the Birthday, with a lovely sketch that lends itself beautifully to patterned papers (just how I like it!):

I wanted to do a cheery card this week (I have a sick daughter!) for this week's Mojo sketch:

I sewed a nice, messy strip of hand pleated ribbon down the front!  It's a bit of a strange size: 4 1/2 x 6 1/4:

A very interesting sketch for this week's Mojo Monday challenge... with all of the different shapes going on, I tried to keep patterned paper to a minimum, and it's still a fairly 'busy' card!  I decided to turn the sketch on it's end:
