Hello and welcome to the Art Impressions and Tombow USA blog hop!
You should be arriving here from Jennie Garcia's blog... but if you're just starting here on my blog, you may want to head over to the Art Impressions blog to start. Both design teams are hopping today to share some fabulous projects with you. I'm using one of the Art Impressions Try-fold sets, Suburb TF Set (Sku #4579) to make both a tryfold and a regular card:
I'm going to share a few photos of how I made them and what products I used, and you'll want to read right through to the bottom of my post to check out the wonderful prize pack being given out today. Here's what the try-fold looks like closed:
Then you open up each side panel to see the inside message "From our home to yours"
To put my Try-fold together, I used Tombow's Mono Adhesive Permanent tape runner - applying it just to the center rectangle, then I adhered it to my black mat, and the blue base:
I used Tombow's Mono Multi Liquid glue to adhere the patterned paper to the back sides of the side flaps using the broad tip, and to secure my twine, I used the fine tip to draw a skinny line of glue on the back of my card (I love that there are both a broad and a fine tip on the liquid glue!):
For my regular card, I stamped just the "inner" house image, and coloured it with Copic markers.
I popped the image up using NEW Tombow Foam Tape, so that I could tie a piece of twine underneath it.
These would be great housewarming cards, neighbour gift cards or even great given with a hostess gift. Check out the wonderful prize pack being given out on today's hop! Just enter below, and all this could be yours:
