Well, this is a big day for me! I'm back as a player this week on the Heart2Heart Challenges blog, and happy to be here :o) We were given this photo as inspiration, and asked to come up with a project based on it, so I took the colours & flowers, and pulled out our Sophia papers (perfect for this!) to make a 60th birthday card that a friend requested:
Patterned papers are Sophia; Cardstock is Hollyhock, Pear & White Daisy; Inks are Blush & Hollyhock; Stamp sets are Happy Birthday & Precious Alphabet; Bitty Sparkles - all CTMH; Marvy punches; Baker's Twine from The Twinery; Spellbinders Die.
So pretty! Love the twine as well as my all time fave Sophia papers. The recipient will love this!
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty! I love the use of the Precious alpha - perfect for this card!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful....the flower colors of the Sophia paper are almost the same as the inspiration photo...great choice!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice!! Great paper choice.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you're playing with the H2H challenges! I love how pretty your card is!
ReplyDeleteThis card has tons of class. It's a real winner, in my opinion. Way to go, Karen! :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done Karen! Love your choice of paper packet. =) Thanks for playing along with the H2H Challenge this week!
